• At least 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or in a related role, such as Project Manager or Key Account Manager,
• Experience in software development,
• Experience in people management,
• Experience working with international clients,
• C1-level English (knowledge of another language is a plus),
• Daily use of tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira,
• Strong task, time, and team management skills,
• A business-minded, client-focused approach and the ability to build friendly relationships,
• Excellent communication skills and professional manners,
• Independence, good self-organization and the ability to work remotely,
• A highly proactive attitude and willingness to take the initiative.

• If you have a certificate: PMI, Scrum Master, or another certificate confirming your knowledge of project management

What does a Delivery Manager do at Angry Nerds:

• Coordinates activities between clients, teams, and Project Managers,
• Manages projects in both fixed-price and time & material models,
• Builds strong, trust-based relationships with clients from Europe, the USA, and Canada (occasional business travel possible),
• Ensures projects maintain their target profitability,
• Expands client partnerships through up-selling and cross-selling,
• Supports Project Managers in resolving difficult situations,
• Is responsible for establishing communication channels with the client and the team, and for improving existing processes between Angry Nerds and the client,
• Manages risk and the communication process,
• Manages employee growth and experience, from career paths, performance reviews and evaluation meetings to day-to-day operational support and looking after team satisfaction,
• Collaborates with other departments, including the management board, sales, finance, and HR.

• Ability to work remotely with monthly management meetings at the office in Wrocław
