We are looking for an Intern, Inhouse Sales to join our UPM Communication Papers Team located in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland.

Inhouse sales teams is playing an important role in our commercial development agenda. As an Intern, Inhouse Sales you will support a highly professional Inhouse Sales Team, which together with the Field Sales makes UPM a benchmark as to customer relationships. - Marta Krysiak, Manager, Inhouse Sales

What you will do
  • Support Inhouse Sales Team with registration of sales activities and deals
  • Monitor the deal fulfillment and initiate relevant actions
  • Handle customer inquiries/cases (other than order related)
  • Monitor fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators and initiate actions if needed
  • Assist with any other delegated operational activities

Who you are
  • You are currently pursuing studies or having a University degree
  • You are fluent in Croatian and a good communicator in English. Slovenian language is an asset
  • You are willing to learn and get hands-on experience
  • You are a team-oriented person, a good networker and communicator
