We are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Institutions, experience in Fund Industry is an asset
  • Client-focus mindset & Experience in Client communication
  • Knowledge of MS Excel on intermediary level
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint on intermediary level
  • Project-related experience will be an asset
  • Knowledge of Allfunds systems and data related to operational activities will be an asset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to co-operate and influence others without having a direct reporting line
  • Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders
  • Attention to details
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn, passion for development in Client service area
  • Fluent English
  • Additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) will be an asset


Your role in the team

About the Department
Platinum Client Services Team (PCS) is a dedicated team servicing Allfunds’ most important clients. The team is an integral part of end-to-end Service Delivery to clients, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external clients. Regular client contact necessitates appropriate client mindset and great communication skills. Complex client needs require finding solutions in a time sensitive manner to achieve desired outcomes.

The objectives of the Platinum Client Services Team:
  • Deliver superior client experience
  • Proactively improve established processes to ensure client service satisfaction (ex. Incident Management)
  • Strengthen the cooperation between internal teams to improve response time to clients

The team aims at improving communication both internally and externally, set clearer roles and responsibilities to better align resources to build stronger client relationships, enhance the Allfunds brand and reputation, ensure greater revenue retention and provide for more new business opportunities.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with Platinum Clients by ensuring high level of service delivery
  • Support development of service, processes, Clients’ business growth by addressing Clients needs and proposing ideas for service improvements
  • Prepare reporting and presentations as required by the Clients and Allfunds for oversight, billing purposes, KPIs. etc. and use it to monitor service delivery, analyze results and implement improvements
  • Act as a central point of contact for Platinum Clients in relation to Clients reporting (including KPIs, automatic client reporting, invoicing, etc.)
  • Provide Clients support in day-to-day business on system reporting and data-related topics (KPIs, volumes, etc.)
  • Setup applications manage parameters used by Clients and support applications
development from Clients’ perspective (propose/assess/validate changes)
  • Take part in/coordinate various projects by being an intermediary between Clients and different internal stakeholders
  • Cooperate closely with internal Teams across all Allfunds' locations
  • Participate in various meetings, workshops with Clients (incl. operational reviews/issues
resolutions/Due Diligence/etc.) and conduct necessary training sessions
