Job Description:

Early Talent Program Manager (part-time) (f/m/x)

in Mars Global Service

Location: Warsaw/Poznań

Hybrid working

The Early Talent Program Manager will bring the Global Early Talent Strategy to life in the region through partnering the business to develop and deploy signature Early Talent programs such as the Mars Leadership Experience, Mars Supply Chain/Engineering Leadership Experience or Mars Finance Leadership Experience across the region. The Early Talent Program Manager will manage all end-to-end program elements in line with regional strategy to strengthen our talent pipeline, develop critical capabilities and enable diverse talent to thrive.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with business leaders and managers to ensure that Early Talent is a top priority of the business as part of their overall workforce & talent planning strategies.

  • Lead deployment of One Mars cross segment Early Talent programs to build and grow our early talent pipeline over time - accountable for execution of a standardized regional program framework

  • Partner with business on developing annual and 3-year strategic demand plans that are linked to people/talent priorities and critical future capabilities, including ensuring appropriate funding and headcount in place.

  • Act as a coach to Line Manager, mentors and other program stakeholders to ensure all program elements and people processes are delivered in a quality way.

  • Accountable for a robust onboarding experience of program participants and line managers, setting clear expectations and a positive first associate impression of Mars.

  • Listen and respond to data, external trends and internal stakeholder insights to continuously improve (and in some cases transform) program design and ensure it is fit for purpose and maximizes development & retention of top talent.

  • Share insights with Early Talent Specialist and the Employer Reputation & Recruitment Marketing team to ensure we are attracting high potential candidate profiles for our ET programs in line with program ambition.

  • Work closely with ARGs and diversity champions to ensure we create the right environment for all talent at Mars to thrive.

  • Be guardian of program promise – including but not limited to ensuring our program participants are supported by great line managers and our business units identify quality placements that provide appropriate development experiences.

  • Leading projects within the region that drive improved outcomes around ET program effectiveness, efficiency or quality to maximize the benefit and value to Mars, Early Talent participants and Talent Acquisition.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR or Business.

  • Has led talent management processes in service of building organizational health (e.g. talent planning, succession management).

  • Has exposure to the strategic development and deployment of talent programs to meet business talent objectives.

  • Ability to influence and drive change with senior leaders using data and insights.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization.

  • Able to translate external and internal insights into breakthrough strategies.

  • Fluent English (One of the following languages would be a plus– French, German, Dutch, Polish, Arabic, Hindi).
