About the job:

We are looking for a visionary Senior Program Manager who will lead a fundamental cultural and operational transformation within our organization. Your goal is to pivot our internal focus toward a Seller-Centric approach.
You will be responsible for guiding our employees through a transition, ensuring they embrace new ways of communicating and supporting our partners. We want to build an ecosystem where partners don't just "exist" on our platform, but actively scale and thrive thanks to our partnership.
What You'll Do:

  • Change Strategy: Develop a comprehensive change management strategy for the project to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders, including top management across different business units and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Communication Planning: Design and execute a robust communication plan to keep the organization informed and engaged.
  • Training & Coaching: Support the design and delivery of training programs; provide coaching to managers and "Change Champions.
  • Resistance Management: Identify potential points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate risks.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define success metrics and monitor the adoption of new processes/tools post-implementation.
We are looking for people with:

  • Expertise in large-scale change: A proven track record of driving major change management projects within global or large-scale organizations.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills: The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at high management levels.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills: Confidence and proficiency in presenting to diverse audiences and leading public discussions.
  • High level of assertiveness: The ability to drive "buy-in" and influence decision-making across the organization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: A focus on team-driven results and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: A highly structured approach to managing complex tasks and project workflows.
  • Professional Certification: Mandatory Prosci® Change Management certification.
