We are looking for an IT Specialist (Logistics) to join a team supporting and developing data-driven logistics solutions in a production and supply-chain environment. You will work closely with logistics stakeholders, ensuring high data quality, reliable reporting, and continuous improvement of IT tools used for logistics planning and analysis.

About the Role:

The role focuses on processing, validating, and analyzing logistics data, as well as maintaining and enhancing internal IT solutions that support logistics operations. You will be responsible for databases, reporting, and statistics used by logistics management, working in close cooperation with business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing data from the IWH data warehouse into MS Access databases;
  
• Maintaining and updating logistics databases used by logistics management;
  
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and reports;
  
• Creating monthly material inventory and stock reports;
  
• Generating custom reports and statistics based on user requirements;
  
• Verifying correctness, consistency, and completeness of processed data;
  
• Implementing new IT solutions and modifying existing ones to support logistics processes.

Qualifications:

• University degree;
• High English or German proficiency;
  
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially: MS Access, MS Excel, SQL, VBA, PowerQuery
  
• Independent, cooperative, and communicative working style;
  
• Experience in logistics is an advantage;
• Analytical mindset and attention to data quality.
