Role: Payroll Administrator

Location: Hybrid from Wrocław , Warsaw , Kraków or Gdańsk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to support daily payroll operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll-related processes. The role involves close cooperation with employees, internal stakeholders, auditors, and external institutions. This position offers an opportunity to build long-term expertise in payroll within a stable corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, distributing, and managing payroll-related correspondence
• Handling payroll-related inquiries through the ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
• Communicating with employees and internal stakeholders regarding payroll and time & attendance matters
• Administering the time and attendance system, including monitoring working hours, absences, overtime, and necessary corrections
• Supporting employees and managers in the correct use of the time and attendance system
• Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the Payroll team
• Preparing payroll documentation for auditors and external institutions
• Supporting compliance with internal payroll procedures and applicable regulations
• Assisting with ad-hoc payroll, reporting, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Nice to have:

• Experience in payroll, HR administration, finance, or a related field
• Experience with ticketing systems and time & attendance tools
