We are looking for a Procurement Transformation & Integration Manager who will play a pivotal role in bringing two major global companies together in the Procurement area. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position that will give you access to Procurement leadership, global/regional procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across every region we operate in. It is a role where your ideas matter, your leadership is felt, and your work has a direct impact on the success of our combined Procurement organization.

What You will Own & Lead:

In this exciting role, you will be the driving force behind some of the most critical initiatives of our global procurement integration, including:

• 
  Organizational Change Management:

Lead the communication, alignment, and training efforts that shape our new organizational model. Help unify teams, embed new ways of working, and ensure a smooth transition for more than 200 procurement professionals worldwide.

• 
  Change Management Training & Capability Building:

Design and deliver high-impact training programs on new methodologies, tools, and processes. Equip our teams to embrace change and drive efficiency—while also supporting initiatives like the global Procurement e-Learning Program.

• 
  Process Integration & Optimization:

Help harmonize procurement systems, policies, and processes across multiple entities, ensuring consistency with global standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• 
  Technology & Tools Enablement:

Champion new tools and technologies that enhance the agility, effectiveness, and service delivery of our procurement operations.

What makes you a great fit:

You are someone who brings structure to complexity and energy to change. You excel at communication, thrive in multicultural environments, and build relationships with ease. You think strategically, execute flawlessly, and are not afraid to get hands-on when it matters.

You also bring:

• 
  5–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, transformation, integration, or similar,

• Effective communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills,

• The ability to buy-in, motivate, influence, and guide teams through change,

• Experience navigating fast-paced environments with tight deadlines,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/SRM and other sourcing platforms like Coupa/Ariba etc.,

• Fluency in English,

• A positive, proactive, energetic attitude—and a passion for getting things done,

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
