Reporting to Sales and Marketing Senior Managers (based in Czechia and Poland), you will be involved in providing full administrative support to the commercial teams. If there’s one thing, you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse, and inspiring colleagues. They’re an inspiring bunch.

Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

• Fulfilling of administration tasks for the Team
• Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Finance, and other data providers to identify information gaps and recommend/implement plan to close them.
• Lead the gathering & sharing of key insights/trends/successes across the business
• Organize meetings, travels, events
• Coordination of projects & tasks
• Support team in promo process: prepacked displays, product cards, trackers
• Support team in forecasting process for the portfolio, POS, other
• Support team in listings: product cards, trackers
• Support team in e-com: coordination, communication with customers.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

In this role, it is important that you are multi-task person, able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with teammates located in Poland and Czechia. We are all about making useful things joyful, so we love it when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following:

• University degree
• MS Office excellence (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Very good knowledge of Polish, Czech & English,
• Experience is sales department in FMCG company would be a great asset
