Role Overview:
Support global performance management for the Rolls-Royce account as part of the Business Intelligence & Performance Team. Ensure consistent performance administration, accurate reporting, and data integrity across service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer performance scorecards and monthly/quarterly reporting.
Create and maintain reports; ensure consistent KPI tracking and understanding.
Support process standardization, data validation, and risk management.
Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to execute and optimize processes.
Facilitate and deliver training sessions, engaging and communicating confidently with stakeholders.
Maintain and improve data management systems and documentation.
Support process innovation, continuous improvement, and feedback initiatives.
Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze, present, and ensure data quality.

Key Measures:
Accuracy and timeliness of reports and KPI tracking.
Data integrity and quality assurance scores.
Stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
Efficiency of process coordination and reporting cycles.
Effective delivery of training programs and participant feedback.
Improvements in key performance metrics and data governance.
Implementation of process innovations and enhancements.
Compliance with all risk management and reporting standards.

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience with performance administration or data coordination.
Proven history managing data and creating detailed reports (including KPIs).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with presentation and reporting tools.
Excellent communication; able to confidently train and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborative and proactive mindset; experience working across regions.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Flexible, eager to learn new processes, and deliver continuous improvements.
