Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.

We're looking for a Private Markets Business Development Manager to secure and execute deals for our investment products. You’ll be responsible for identifying and managing exclusive strategic partnerships with external brokers, companies, and fund managers, and assisting the team in structuring deals into compliant, scalable financial products.

• Executing sourcing strategy and maintaining relationships with key external brokers, companies, and fund managers
• Building relationships with general partners to identify investment opportunities
• Monitoring and tracking late-stage private companies for wealth demand
• Assisting in initial negotiations on deal terms, transaction mechanics, pricing, and timing
• Utilising market intelligence and data to forecast and report on available deal volumes
• Serving as the primary point of contact with external counterparties

• 3+ years of relevant experience in growth equity investing, venture capital, or private capital advisory
• A solid understanding of private capital transaction mechanics
• Existing professional exposure or emerging network within the European and US broker-dealer, and VC/growth community
• Solid quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills

• A STEM degree or relevant MBA from a top university
• Familiarity with the implications of AIFMD, MiFID II, and FCA/SEC rules concerning the distribution of complex securities

• Krakow: PLN16,600 - PLN30,800 gross monthly*
• New York: $156,750 - $200,000 gross annually*
• US: $156,750 - $200,000 gross annually*
• San Francisco: $156,750 - $200,000 gross annually*
• Poland: PLN16,600 - PLN30,800 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
