General information

We’re looking for a specialist to ensure complete, timely, and accurate processing of the full trade lifecycle across all asset classes. In this role, you’ll supervise daily trade management activities delivered by our offshore team, act as the first level of escalation for operational or quality issues, and oversee key controls related to confirmations, settlements, trade routing, collateral, and claims management.

You’ll take ownership of trade workflows, drive process improvements, and ensure that operational standards, accuracy, and risk controls are consistently met. The role also involves close collaboration with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve eceptions, minimize settlement risk, and maintain high service quality in daily BAU.

Your main responsibilities

you supervise and oversee daily trade operations ensuring operational accuracy & processing of all asset classes (fi
  • ed income, equities, derrivatives; trades matching via SWIFT, CMT or custodian platforms; collateral management processing
  • you monitor settlement fails and resolve issues proactively, analyse root-cause of settlement issues and define required controls, processes related to claims management
  • you validate FO trades instructions against OMS, supervise settlement risk and manage positions before deadline e

  • you perform oversight and supervision over the dedicated offshore team responsible for processes e
  • ecution in the respective area
  • you support and supervise the communication with brokers, counterparties, 3rd party vendors and business partners and custodians on e
  • ceptions and escalations
  • you take ownership and document operational procedures, oversee the e
  • ecution of the servicess provided by offshore team accordingly
  • you assure the auditable key controls processes e
  • ecution in the respective process area
  • you serve as the first level of escalation in case of issues in the respective process area
  • you closely collaborate with other team members and provide the single point of contact for the client in daily BAU

Our requirements

you have 2+ years of e
  • perience in middle office, trade operations, custody or asset servicing
  • you have strong knowledge of the full trade lifecycle and settlement processes across all asset classes
  • you have practical understanding of SWIFT and hands‑on e
  • perience in trade matching
  • you have practical e
  • perience with derivatives confirmations, settlements and collateral management
  • you have e
  • perience working with OMS and 3rd‑party trade processing platforms (OMGEO, DTC Trade Suite, MarginSphere, MarkitWire etc.)
  • you have practical e
  • perience communicating directly with brokers and counterparties
  • you are e
  • cellent at problem‑solving and driving process automation and enhancements
  • you are able to work under time pressure and make decisions within tight deadlines
  • you speak Polish fluently (C1 level at least)
  • you have a good level of English (daily communication with the offshore team)
