Part-Time Project Manager (Junior–Mid Level)

Work Type: Remote, Part-Time (with flexibility during peak periods)

We’re looking for an ambitious early-career Project Manager who’s ready to grow, take ownership of tasks, and work in a fast-paced international environment. If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to build your PM experience, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support small projects and workstreams with guidance from senior team members.
• Prioritize and organize your daily tasks independently.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Prepare documentation, meeting notes, reports, and schedules.
• Bring a proactive mindset and contribute solutions when challenges arise.
• Step up during busy periods with flexible availability.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience Level: Early-career (junior–mid), motivated to grow within project management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Capable of owning smaller initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
• Based in Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Malta.
