BNP PARIBAS, the leading bank in the European Union and a leading international player, is seeking to complement and reinforce its existing teams in the areas of cybersecurity.

Within EMEA IT Risk and Cybersecurity Office, part of the IT Directorate of BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), you will be part of the EMEA Ethical Hacking team.

You will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of penetration testing campaigns across CIB EMEA for all services (Application, APIs, Infrastructure, and Mobile), to contribute to the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities in CIB EMEA systems and to the overall level of security of BNP Paribas CIB.

Penetration Test Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinating the delivery of penetration testing campaigns across CIB EMEA for all services (Application, APIs, Infrastructure, and Mobile)
Coordinates and schedules pentest activities, to ensure their alignment with internal policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
Follows up on planning, delivery status, and monitoring of pentests directly with the teams delivering pentests: CIB pentest services in India, Third Party pentest delivery services and internal application teams
Maintains the highest level of quality of data in the reporting tools and constant updates on his/her perimeter of delivery
Maintains up-to-date documentation, assists with KPI/KRI tracking and supports CIB internal procedures.

Requirements:

At least 1-3 years of experience in similar position (project management/service delivery);
Strong/proven experience in services delivery in worldwide organizations;
Problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience in international process/procedure implementation;
Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting or committee;
Ability to work effectively and in strong collaboration with teams located in multiple countries;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Level of education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity or related fields.

Nice-to-have: Experience in pentests, pentest coordination or related cybersecurity practices.
