Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Lead Global Security Analyst with experience in global intelligence and security to be embedded within our Embedded Intelligence Services division at a multinational company in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of private sector intelligence, travel risk management processes and technology platforms, and protocol development and adherence.
Location: On-site at the client's site in Warsaw, Poland
What You Will Work On
The Lead Global Corporate Security Intelligence Analyst will review open-source, third-party, and proprietary threat information, enriching it with contextual analysis to produce a finished, tailored intelligence product.

• Maintain awareness of the global threat landscape to the client's global asset footprint, which includes employees, executives, offices, brand, and certain third-party suppliers, by monitoring all-source information and intelligence feeds to proactively identify, assess, and escalate to Global Security Management incidents, threats, and conditions that could potentially impact the firm
• Quantitative Research: Conduct quantitative research on several Global Physical Security databases, including access control records, travel records, and incident reports, to assist in trend analysis and help create summaries for internal statistical reporting. This involves gathering, analyzing, and deriving insights from the data to present a clear, cohesive narrative. Qualitative research will be required for topics of concern to the Global Security Department
• Continue to support and mature the Travel Safety and Security Program
• SOC Management: Create emergency response/notification procedures. Design workflow processes for the SOC team members regarding threat tracking and disaster notification responsibilities. Train SOC in global hazard monitoring. Be the first management escalation point for SOC notifications regarding man-made or natural disasters
• Assist with various security management tasks, projects, investigations, and incidents as needed by the Global Physical Security Department
• Other security and administrative duties as required

What You Will Bring

• Two years of experience in intelligence analysis, global security or a related field required
• Strong familiarity with Intelligence and Integrated Risk Management platforms
• Customer service experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
• Effective problem-solving, time management, and people management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, highly flexible, and possesses strong initiative
