Working Hours

We value flexibility at work.

• We start work between 7:00 , and 11:00.
• After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
• The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.
  

Location and facilities

We work in a historical place.

• Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.
• On site you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, a fitness club, medical centers, a modern hotel, art galleries and museums.
• Our office, like the entire complex, is eco positive and has been awarded the Breem Excellent certificate.
• We have a private terrace at our disposal.
• On a daily basis we segregate waste, save water and light, and in the summer season we take care of the meadow on the terrace.
• Every employee has a perfectly fitted and adjustable desk, ergonomic chairs and a comfortable locker.
• Since we meet on an ad-hoc basis, we have ensured that sudden meetings do not create problems. Our office has a smart and mobile space that we adapt to current needs.
• For cycling enthusiasts, we provide secure parking, showers and lockers in one of the underground garages.
• Parking in Warsaw can be a hassle and expensive, but not with us. We offer you free parking.

• The monthly amount to be credited to your individual account in MyBenefit is 100 PLN.

Medical care and more

Your health matters to us.

• Together with Enel-Med Medical Centre, we offer care tailored to your needs.
• You can choose one of four packages and adjust the appropriate service variant to it. In this way, you will take care of yourself and your loved ones.
• In addition, if Enel-Med is not able to offer you an appointment at a branch or with medical partners within the applicable standard, you are entitled to the Freedom of Treatment service. After SMS confirmation, you can go to the facility of your choice and Enel-Med will reimburse 70% of the costs incurred.
• We organize massages in the office.
• You can also count on a subsidy for the purchase of glasses of 500 PLN once a year or 1000 PLN every two years.

Group Insurance and Employee Capital Plans

We want you to feel safe.

• Our partner is the UNIQA Life Insurance Company.
• The insurance programme is available to all employees and permanent collaborators aged 16-69.
• You can choose one of two variants: a basic package and an additional package in which you also insure your loved ones.
• Employee Capital Plans is a savings scheme that can be joined by employees with an employment contract or a contract of mandate. It is private and voluntary.
