What will the daily duties consist of:

  • Comprehensive administrative support for HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to the termination of employment
  • Preparing and maintaining employee documentation, including employment contracts, certificates, employment records, and routine HR correspondence
  • Entering, updating, and verifying employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP) and managing electronic personnel records.
  • Ensuring high-quality HR data through ongoing monitoring and the preparation of reports and analyses to support business decisions
  • Providing HR-related support to employees and handling inquiries regarding personnel matters in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with HR teams (including recruitment and payroll) and external service providers to ensure the efficient execution of HR processes
  • Participating in projects to optimize, standardize, and digitize HR processes, while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, internal regulations, and organizational policies

What do you need to prove yourself in this position?

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, personnel administration, or a shared services environment
  • German language skills at a minimum of B2 level
  • Good knowledge of HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data and documentation management
  • Customer-oriented mindset with very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities
  • Good understanding of labor law principles and HR compliance requirements
