Senior Business Systems Analyst
About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated, technical oriented person with attention to details and great communication skills.

What You’ll Do:
Administration of Business Intelligence dashboards.
Managing user access to supported BI servers.
Development and maintenance of Power BI and Tableau dashboards for Senior Leadership, providing accurate reporting on KPIs and team results.
Directly reporting to GDO Team Lead.
Regular reporting on completed cases, user management, project completion, and additional statistics.
Potential back-up support for other platforms supported by PS Technology.
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

What You’ll Need:
Fluent English is a must.
Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Platform.
Project coordination experience and stakeholder-facing roles (internal & external) are strongly recommended.
Experience in data administration, real estate, accounting, or data analysis will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Team player and fast learner.
