• Contact with customers (mainly international) and providing telephone technical support during configuration and commissioning
• Handling customer orders in the IKoS system
• Creating, validating, and analyzing configurations using the Graphic Configuration Tool
• Parameterization of control units using diagnostic tools
• Analysis of vehicle communication network signals (e.g. CAN) using Vector tools (CANalyzer / CANoe)
• Preparing standardized configuration handover protocols (PDF)
• Verifying configurations directly in the vehicle (checking input/output signals and correct functional behavior)
• Editing PDF documentation using Adobe Standard
• Supporting customers during vehicle configuration and performing necessary corrections within a single configuration

• Experience in programming control units (e.g. ECU, BCM)
• Very good knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic architecture (E/E Architecture)
• Practical experience with diagnostic software ODIS Service and ODIS Engineering
• Proficient use of vehicle network analysis tools, especially CANalyzer / CANoe
• Knowledge of German – minimum B2 (mandatory for daily communication)
• Knowledge of English – minimum B2 (mandatory for daily communication)
• Very good command of MS Office
