For our HR Global Delivery (GDO) team in Krakow we are seeking a Poland HR Services Specialist/ Specjalista/ Specjalistka ds. Obsługi Pracowników - PL.

The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Services Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR GDO processes for Poland by applying relevant local labour law requirements, internal policies, and established service procedures.

• Utilizes knowledge management system to respond to requests from HR staff, managers and employees on HR or Payroll policies, procedures, and tools

• Cooperates with Payroll and other HR teams on queries received by the team

• Collects required hard-copy employee documents for Poland processes, ensuring they are handled in line with local requirements and internal procedures

• Navigates on company’s systems and tools and explains their functionality

• Processes information, data, transactions, and letter related to HR or Payroll data

• Tracks customer contacts and inquiries in case management system

• Monitors case management system and reassigns tasks to appropriate teams

• Escalates necessary matters to policy owners for resolution

• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to successfully build productive relationships at all levels of the enterprise

• Conveys a professional, knowledgeable, helpful and confidential approach

• Participates in special tasks and projects in order to support supervisors, teams and other stakeholders

Requirements

• 1-3 years in HR or Payroll, or in a call center environment

• Foundational knowledge of Polish Labour Law and standard HR practices to support day-to-day employee inquiries

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications

• Experience in using Workday and Enova would be an asset

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Ability to handle confidential issues with discretion

• Numerical attitude/analytical skills

• Knowledge of HR or Payroll policies and processes

• Customer service experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
