Junior Specialist Private Capital Treasury Management & Operations

Responsibilities:

• As part of managing the Private Debt Funds’ liquidity, TMO main tasks are ensuring debt transactions(RCFs) are timely captured in the system, settled and reflected correctly in the reporting.

• Completing monthly/quarterly RCF reconciliation
• Cash management: analysis of the portfolio incomes and asset sales reception by reconciling and proposing proceeds allocation accurately within the structures.
• Calculation of management fees.
• Investigation of possible discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls.
• Development and enhancement of working files in a growing environment.
• Maintaining effective communication with the location/client.
• Supporting the migrations of new operational activities.

Requirements

• University degree or Student (economy or finances related)
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Private Capital Funds will be considered as an advantage.
• Technical expertise on relevant applications associated to the process, including knowledge on FIA e-Front platform will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel
