Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Gdynia. The Product Designer will be responsible for shaping user-centric service and product experiences, from early discovery through delivery. Daily tasks include conducting user research with clients and stakeholders, synthesizing insights, and mapping user journeys and service workflows. The role involves creating wireframes, flows, and visual designs, as well as iterating on prototypes based on feedback and usability testing. The Product Designer will collaborate closely with service staff, operations, and leadership to ensure that solutions are practical, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Strong Product Design skills, with experience taking concepts from discovery to implementation.
• Solid User Research and UX Research skills, including interviews, observation, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, typography, and design systems.
• Applied Design Thinking skills, with the ability to frame problems, ideate, prototype, and iterate.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Prior experience in service design, social services, healthcare, or other people-centered domains is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
