We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Project Manager

Job description:

  • Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure that works is in compliance with plans and specifications
  • Monitoring construction progress
  • Checking the quality of construction works
  • Checking works accordance due to timetable and financial schedule
  • Cooperate with branches
  • Oversee the tender specifications and be able to cooperate with the Company and Client administrative and legal department
  • Contacting Investor, General Contract and Subcontractors and suppliers
  • Utilizing survey instruments to verify completed work, taking photographs and maintaining a log
  • Ensuring the planning and observation of contractual provisions within the dead-lines set forth by the contract and design
  • Informing the client on the work progress

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of English
  • At least 3 years previous experience in construction/site management preferably in industrial sector
  • Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and committed,
