Key responsibilities

The team

You'll be working in the IB Business Risk Management team based in Krakow. We are a team of eleven professionals who work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple locations worldwide.
This role will give you the opportunity to learn how financial institutions assess and manage non-financial risks, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute directly to the delivery of our team's objectives.

Your skills and experience

• Self-motivated, proactive and driven with the ability to work independently as well as cooperate within a team
• Good communication skills, an ability to convey information in English clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Efficiency-oriented, focused on achieving results in a timely manner and optimizing ways of working
• Problem solving abilities, resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions
• Risk aware, conscientious and willing to challenge the status quo
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and AI-powered productivity tools would be an advantage
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standard and ethical use.
