Your role

Do you enjoy coordinating and managing across multiple initiatives? Do you want to play a key role in supporting our AI strategy centered on clear goals, responsible governance and strong teamwork?

We’re looking for an intern in our GOTO Portfolio Governance & Strategy team:
  • support the division, stream, crew, and initiative managers with PMO activities (e.g., resource planning, effort estimation, strategic capacity planning, conflict resolution, etc.)
  • support the production and maintenance of Portfolio documentation
  • facilitate cross-functional collaboration in an agile environment with IT, business, and external stakeholders

Your team

You’ll be working in the GOTO Portfolio Governance & Strategy team in Wroclaw focusing on the portfolio management for Group Finance Technology.
We work in close partnership with our Group Finance change partners to help drive integration, transformation, and change; supporting CFO in achieving its strategic goals.

Your expertise

  • currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • proficiency in MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot)
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with IT and business colleagues at all levels
  • highly motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • keen to take the initiative with solution-oriented thinking that makes an impact
  • fluent in written and spoken English
