We are looking for a Claims Coordinator to join our team in Katowice and become the first point of contact for Polish customers reporting an insurance claim.

Your main responsibility will be providing telephone and administrative support throughout the claim registration process. You will ensure that all relevant information is accurately captured and coordinate communication between customers, business partners and our Claims Adjusters to keep the claims process running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly and professionally, remains calm in more challenging situations, and pays close attention to detail when working with systems and documentation.

What will be your role?

  • Communicating with customers by phone and email to support them with reporting or managing a vehicle-related insurance claim.
  • Guiding customers through the entire claims process – from the initial claim notification and registration in our internal system to explaining the next steps and gathering all required documentation for the Claims Adjusters.
  • Liaising with repairers and vehicle dealerships whenever needed to ensure the claims process runs smoothly.
  • This role does NOT involve any outbound sales or cold calling.

You might be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Speak Polish at a native level
  • Have a customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
  • Have strong administrative abilities and are detail-oriented
  • English proficiency at least at communication level
  • Have technical knowledge of motor vehicles ( advantage )
