  • Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung im Sales-Bereich
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Motivation, Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz kombiniert mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Call Center ist ein Plus
  • Wohnsitz in der Türkei von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Deine Aufgaben
Inbound:
Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Live-Chat

  • Beratung zu Bestellungen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen mit Fokus auf Upselling und Cross-Selling

Outbound:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Aktiver Verkauf und direkte Kundenansprache per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erreichen und Übertreffen definierter Verkaufsziele (KPIs)

Weitere Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten im Vertrieb sowie zur Optimierung von Systemen und Prozessen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Teams sowie externen Partnern und Kunden
