Hybrid/Remote Work

requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior or lead 3D role

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, and graphic creation

  • Experience in low-poly modeling and texturing for mobile devices.

  • Basic knowledge of rigging and preparing 3D models for animation.

  • Strong experience with Blender.

  • Practical knowledge of the Unity game engine.

  • Ability to solve technical problems in 3D production.

  • Familiarity with 2D graphic creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).

  • Solid understanding of game production workflows.

  • Strong artistic sensibility and high attention to detail.

  • Excellent eye for aesthetics and ability to create visually compelling assets.

  • Solid grasp of composition and lighting principles.

  • Creative mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions.

  • Strong time management skills and efficiency in delivery.

  • Nice to have:

    • Designing and implementing UI elements.
    • Preparing 2D graphics and creating 2D animations.
    • Experience designing and implementing UI elements.
    • Experience in 2D animation, particularly with Spine.

  • Ensuring stylistic consistency between environment elements, characters, and the interface.

  • Monitoring quality of execution and compliance with the project's artistic goals.

  • Managing the team of artists, assigning tasks, and assessing progress.

  • Creating, modeling, and texturing low-poly 3D graphics and animations for mobile devices.

  • Optimizing existing 3D assets for performance and quality.

  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in 3D production.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure visual and functional consistency.

  • Applying best practices in game production and asset creation.

  • Contributing creative ideas and visual improvements to the project.
