The Role

Key Accountabilities

What will you do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy intake through to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Collaborate closely with Sourcing and Administration teams to deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Lead vacancy briefing discussions, agreeing hiring plans, timelines, sourcing approaches and selection processes.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, offers and negotiations.
• Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with agreed service levels, compliance requirements and quality standards.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to proactively identify challenges, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support workforce planning and talent pooling activities to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing

Skills & Requirements

Must have

• End-to-end recruitment experience within agency, RPO or in-house environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent communication, negotiation and consulting skills
• Fluent English and Polish language skills

Nice to have

• Technical or IT recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering, software or other specialist technical profiles
• Experience working within an RPO environment
• Additional European language skills
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment technologies
