Requirements

• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and testing techniques.
• Experience creating test cases, test scenarios and reporting defects.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Experience working with browser DevTools.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or another issue tracking system.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium or similar).
• Basic programming skills (JavaScript, Python or another language).
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and testing in modern development pipelines.
• Experience with TestRail or other test management tools.
• Knowledge of web application security fundamentals.
• Experience testing marketing automation or SaaS products.

What you will be doing

• Perform manual testing of web applications, including functional, regression, smoke, exploratory and acceptance testing.
• Create, maintain and execute test cases, test scenarios and test plans.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Verify bug fixes and support release validation.
• Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Analyze test results and collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure high product quality.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards and best practices.
• Participate in release planning and become an active member of a cross-functional development team.
• Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying risks and proposing improvements.
