About the Client
Our client is a leading computer hardware company that delivers world-class, precision-engineered data solutions through sustainable, profitable partnerships. Their product portfolio is designed to maximize human potential through innovative, reliable data solutions.
We are looking for an Intern QA Engineer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in software testing. You will work closely with experienced QA engineers and developers, learn real-world testing processes, and contribute to improving product quality.
Requirements:
- Engineering or engineering-related degree (or final-year student).
- Strong theoretical understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of mobile application testing (iOS and Android) is a plus.
- Familiarity with test documentation concepts (test cases, checklists, bug reports) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and describe defects.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
- At least Intermediate English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in software testing of network storage devices under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Execute manual test cases and exploratory testing scenarios.
- Analyze and report defects clearly and accurately using bug tracking tools.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to investigate issues and verify fixes.
- Prepare basic testing status updates and summaries.
- Participate in client and internal team meetings to understand requirements and progress.
As a Plus:
- Academic or personal projects related to software testing.
- Basic understanding of embedded systems or file systems.
- Exposure to hardware-related testing or laboratory environments.
