About Aurora Solar

Aurora is on a mission to create a future of solar for all. Our award-winning software puts the power of data and technology into the hands of every solar professional to make solar adoption simple and predictable. Our software has designed millions of solar projects so far, empowering solar companies to sell, design, and install residential and commercial solar arrays accurately, seamlessly, and at scale.

We’ve been named one of "The Best Remote Companies" by BuiltIn.com and have been recognized for the second time as a Certified Green Business (CGB) with the city of San Francisco. We’re in this together to support the world’s transition to solar.

About the Team

Aurora’s International team builds the product foundation that helps solar scale globally. In this role, you’ll drive the technical execution behind market expansion by delivering solutions that are extensible, reliable, and aligned with regional expectations, including compliance and workflow needs.

You’ll partner closely with international stakeholders to understand how solar is sold, designed, and installed in-market. You will also collaborate across Aurora to ship a product experience that balances global consistency with regional flexibility.

We’re a collaborative, inclusive group that shares context early, learns fast, and raises the bar together. We celebrate momentum, whether that’s launching a new capability, simplifying a flow, or making a system more resilient.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the International team, you’ll shape the systems that help move the clean-energy transition forward. You’ll strengthen our platform, contribute to new greenfield initiatives, and build scalable solutions that unlock better experiences for solar professionals and homeowners.

We’re looking for someone who leads with curiosity, collaborates with intention, and cares about quality at every layer, from architecture to the last edge case. You’ll take ownership, ship with confidence, and keep pushing for simpler, smarter systems as we grow.

This is a hybrid position from Warsaw, Poland.
