Description


The Supervisor, Treatment Services is responsible for leading a team of designers whose primary responsibility is to manage inquiries and customer requirements related to treatment plans, ensuring timely approval and accurate follow-up. The Supervisor ensures operational accuracy through effective resource planning to cover all workflow channels, adherence to established processes, and high-quality communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This role also drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports team development, and fosters cross-functional collaboration across the organization. The Supervisor also coordinates organizational aspects of customer visits related to treatment services.


Role expectations


  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient allocation of capacity and adherence to service goals and KPIs.
  • Comply with all established company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, data protection policies and highest standards of customer service.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects focused on system improvements, quality enhancement, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of team performance, service data, attendance, and operational metrics.
  • Lead through team motivation and setting an example, maintaining individual and group discipline that fosters a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and oversee customer visits, ensuring smooth preparation and execution.


What we're looking for


ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
  • High school diploma.
  • Dental Technician diploma or Bachelor Degree would be a plus.

Required Experience
  • Prior leadership experience (team lead, trainer or supervisor) preferred.

LANGUAGES
  • Polish language and English language skill on at least C1-level (CEFR).
  • Other languages would be a plus.

Skills /Competencies
  • Customer-centric mindset: demonstrates a proactive, service-oriented approach focused on understanding customer needs, building trust, and delivering clear, professional interactions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Solid business insight and basic reporting/data analysis skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • The Supervisor Treat will manage an assigned team of CS CAD Designers and report directly to the Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager.
  • The Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team and achieving defined Treat Services goals. They will also oversee compliance with established guidelines, rules, and procedures.

WORK ENVIRONMENT DEMANDS
  • Ability to work with computer screen more than 4 hours per day.
  • Open minded, stress resistant person with ability to work under pressure.
  • Team management.

Additional Information


This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.
Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10% of the annual base salary.
The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
