Responsibilities

• Understand stakeholder needs to envision and create solutions to address challenges
• Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy
• Gather and catalog functional and non-functional requirements for stakeholder requests
• Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical architect and advocate for solution proposals
• Lead the development of new capabilities or service offerings within SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA
• Take charge of solving technical challenges with industry best practices as part of the application development team
• Engage in hands-on programming for front-end and/or back-end as needed
• Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and identify integration points
• Advise on SAP CIO Guides, Integration Solution Advisory Methodology, and SAP Data and Analytics Advisory Methodology
• Estimate work efforts related to SAP development and technical architecture components
• Create solution architecture documentation and other related artifacts with technical details

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as an SAP expert with proven knowledge in SAP technologies like Business Technology Platform, ABAP, and S/4HANA
• Strong grasp of modern cloud-native solutions within and beyond the SAP ecosystem
• Deep understanding of ERP and/or S/4HANA with familiarity in end-to-end business processes
• Proactive attitude with a customer-centric approach
• Passion for technology and collaboration paired with a results-driven mindset
• Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer project locations
