About the job

We are looking for freelance Market Research Recruiters to support a variety of international QUAL and QUANT projects. This is a fully remote position ideal for proactive individuals who enjoy speaking with people, researching online, and working independently.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit participants for market research projects (QUAL & QUANT)
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and professional networks
  • Use desk research to identify and source potential candidates
  • Maintain accurate records and follow project timelines
  • Communicate professionally with participants and the project team

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, lead generation, telephone interviewing, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn LinkedIn (personal account required)
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and stay organized
  • Reliable, motivated, and target-driven
