Job Title: Key Account Manager Consumer

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager for Consumer, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with key customers, while identifying and securing new business opportunities across your assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering annual sales objectives, expanding distribution, and strengthening the market position of Galderma’s consumer brands.

You will work closely with pharmacy chains, wholesalers, and other strategic partners to implement effective sales and marketing plans, optimize customer performance, and support sustainable business growth. This is a highly commercial role requiring strong account management, negotiation, and market development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and segment key customers, including wholesalers and pharmacy chains, and maintain an up-to-date customer database
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular business reviews and field visits
  • Acquire new customers and develop strategic partnerships to drive sales growth and expand market presence
  • Define and deliver sales targets within the assigned territory, in line with annual brand and business objectives
  • Analyze customer potential, market trends, and competitive dynamics to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead all commercial aspects of the sales process, including pricing negotiations, contract preparation, and ensuring successful order execution
  • Prepare and manage account plans, including pricing strategy, promotional activities, marketing actions, and budget proposals

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Higher education in business, marketing, pharmacy, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, key account management, or B2B environment
  • At least 3 years of experience working with pharmacy chains is essential
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into business growth
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Polish language proficiency is required, with advanced English skills.
