Job Description:

Location and general conditions:
  • Paid & flexible internship, min. 30 hours per week (contract of mandate),
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska Street),
  • hybrid model.

Your IMPACT:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support recruitment activities across multiple functions and countries. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams, helping us deliver an excellent candidate experience while learning the fundamentals of modern recruitment and employer branding.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support recruiters in end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Review applications and support candidate screening activities.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and support.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruitment reporting and help prepare recruitment metrics and analyses.
  • Assist in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support Employer Branding and University Relations activities, including career fairs, student events, and social media initiatives.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners.
  • Learn recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.

Your Profile
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Employer Branding.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and administrative processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience gained through internships, student organizations, volunteering, university projects, or other extracurricular activities will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent Polish language skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
