Responsibilities:
1st level IT support for local users
2nd level IT support for global users within specialization (Microsoft 365 / Azure AD)
Work with internal resources and technical solutions provided by vendors for uninterrupted support
Set standards for repetitive procedures to meet repetitive tasks and solve common errors
Install, configure and maintain workstations, mobile devices and other IT owned equipment
Keep records of hardware, software, licenses and certificates
Build knowledge base and prepare documentation to support global help desk
Support formal changes and quality audits
Qualifications: (R) Required or (P) Preferred
Comprehensive technical knowledge in IT field: hardware and software (R)
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (R)
Practical knowledge of Linux / Windows environments (R)
Practical knowledge of WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi topics (R)
Practical knowledge of virtualization platforms, in particular Hyper-V (R)
Analytical thinking, problem solving skills (R)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility (R)
3 years of experience on similar position (R)
Administration experience of SQL databases (P)
Experience in implementation or theoretical knowledge of services such as: Enterprise Mobility & Security, Intune, System Center Configuration Manager, Advanced Threat Analytics, Defender Advanced Threat Protection (P)
