Junior Support Engineer - job post

Are you at the beginning of your IT career and looking to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment?
We are now looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our IT Helpdesk team in Szczecin.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues such as Erik Wiklund, Nicklas Griphem, and Michał Cibor, supporting our users and helping us continuously improve the digital workplace across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Support Engineer, you will be part of our IT Helpdesk team and play an important role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first‑line IT support and handling support tickets

  • Supporting our digital workplace, including user onboarding and offboarding

  • Managing client devices and user accounts

  • Working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Intune, and Autopilot

  • Supporting application deployment through Intune Company Portal

  • Assisting with Office 365 support and troubleshooting

  • Working with ticketing and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Supporting endpoint management and monitoring using NinjaOne

  • Collaborating closely with IT Operations and second‑line support when needed


Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk roles

  • A genuine interest in IT, technology, and user support

  • Basic to good knowledge of:

    • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

    • Active Directory

    • Microsoft Intune & Autopilot

    • Office 365

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and NinjaOne is considered a strong plus

  • Experience with client installations, patch management, and basic troubleshooting

Languages:

  • English – professional working proficiency

  • Polish – fluent

Location:

  • Szczecin, Poland
