Automation Integrator - Developer Lead

About the Role

As a CBRE BSO Automation Integrator – Developer Lead, you will be part of our dynamic team. The Automation Integrator will bridge advanced automation development practices & technologies to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions across the enterprise. This role combines strategic solution architecture with hands-on integration of automation platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration between automation developers, RPA specialists, and potential AI-driven initiatives.

This job is part of the Operational Excellence which is responsible for identify and successfully implement improvements.

This job is designated to support EMEA & AMERICAS regions. We operate in a hybrid model, with one in-office day on Thursdays (9 AM – 5 PM).

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions by leveraging low-code platforms, RPA & GenAI – nice to have.
• Integrate disparate systems and data sources to enable intelligent workflows and predictive analytics.
• Act as a liaison between business units, automation developers, and Process Improvement specialists to ensure alignment on technical requirements and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and support developers through structured programs (e.g., Automation Aces) to foster innovation and operational excellence.
• Drive adoption of potential AI-powered tools for process optimization, including machine learning models and natural language processing.
• Ensure all automation solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation for solution designs, process maps, and compliance audits.
• Monitor performance of deployed solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and implement enhancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, communicate effectively with all stakeholders on different levels of our organization and display a “Client first” mindset.

What You’ll Need

• Strong, at least 8+ years’ experience in low code, RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) and GenAI technologies – nice to have.
• Proficiency in solution architecture and system integration.
• Knowledge of cloud services, APIs, and data engineering principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with automation development frameworks and operational excellence methodologies.
• Fluent in MS Office package including Copilot 365 and other GenAI tools.
• Fluent English is required.
• Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to form working relationships at senior level in the organization.
• Excellent collaborative problem solving skills with an ability to see broader picture.
• Ability to prioritize, set and execute deadlines.
• Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and entrepreneurial, with a creative and solution-driven mindset.
