Junior Specialist Corporate Governance (f/m)

Your responsibilities

As a Junior Specialist Corporate Governance, you will support the global Corporate Governance in maintaining our global Regulation-, Process-, Org Management. You will contribute to the administration of management systems and global IT tools, ensure the implementation of the quality standards across frameworks and methodologies, and actively enable our global governance community.

  • Provide global support for Corporate Governance topics, including regulation-, org- and process management
  • Administer and maintain the management system and global IT tools (e.g., documentation, updates, user access, reporting)
  • Ensure formal and layout compliance of Group, Regional, and Local Regulations and Instructions as well as quality and consistency of standards, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization
  • Support governance community enablement (e.g. Document Owners and Process Managers) through knowledge sharing, communication, and training activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the governance function like process simplification and digital tooling (automation, templates, dashboards)
Your profile
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a corporate governance, compliance, audit, or related environment
  • Reliable, assertive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in an international team
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
