Aventus Group is an international network of innovative digital lending companies operating since 2009. The Group works across Europe, CIS, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, providing accessible financial solutions in multiple markets.

We are currently expanding our Financial Analysis team and looking for a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in analyzing financial results across several countries and legal entities.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, office-based position within our Financial Analysis team.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial performance analysis, management reporting, and close collaboration with local finance teams in different countries. This role is focused specifically on financial results, P&L analysis, cost control, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate financial data from multiple companies and markets
  • Analyze financial performance (P&L, plan vs actual, cost structure, profitability)
  • Prepare regular management reports and financial summaries
  • Work closely with local accountants and finance teams
  • Extract and process financial data from SQL databases
  • Transform raw data into structured reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Identify inconsistencies and improve reporting accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, financial controlling, or similar
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, data analysis, pivot tables)
  • Understanding of general accounting principles
  • Experience working with financial statements and P&L
  • Good written and spoken English (B1+)
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Experience with SQL (data extraction, basic queries)
  • Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or international companies
  • Experience working with multiple legal entities
