Your Responsibilites:

• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for management and external institutions
• Supporting budgeting processes and monitor budget execution
• Oversee completeness of accounting records and month-/year-end closing
• Monitor receivables, payables, and internal control compliance
• Review profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cost structures to identify optimisation opportunities
• Improve reporting, planning, and cost-allocation models
• Provide financial insights and support internal initiatives and projects

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in finance, economics, or a related field, plus 2 years' experience in manufacturing controlling
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and Polish accounting standards
• Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Kowledge of SAP CO/FI
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible and effective in a changing business environment
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
