Reporting to the Financial Consolidation & Reporting Manager in Amsterdam, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the execution of the Heineken Group financial consolidation for internal and external reporting purposes.

The Financial Analyst is the Finance Business Partner for one of the Heineken regions on complex accounting transactions. It involves comprehensive review & analysis determining eliminations and adjustments of consolidated figures in line with IFRS reporting standards and in accordance with Heineken policies. And proactively participate in various Finance projects in the company (e.g., M&A, Digital Backbone, IFRS 18 implementation).

Your responsibilities would include:

You are a good candidate if you have:

• International academic accounting qualification in Business Economics or Accountancy (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification)
• Five years of experience in Accounting and Reporting. Ideally with Audit experience
• Experience with financial consolidation and M&A accounting.
• Fluent in English, can communicate well at all levels in the organization
• Fostering collaboration within the team and with outside stakeholders
• Influencing skills and a drive for continuous professional development
• Analytical skills to prepare good business cases
• Project management skills
