Compensation Overview:
Warsaw - PL: zł340,000 - zł412,000
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

- Education
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) in life sciences or a quantitative field, preferred
- Industry Experience
- Minimum 5 years in life sciences or biopharma
- Direct experience in resource and capacity management within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Experience working with Clinical Operations is a plus.
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Expertise in resource modeling , forecasting , headcount management , and time tracking .
- Proficiency with Planisware, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Project; experience with AI and automation is a plus.
- Solid understanding of project, portfolio, resource, cost, and budget management.
- Experience designing business processes, measuring performance, and driving cross-functional teams.
- Strategic & Operational Skills
