As a Pricing Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving data‑based pricing decisions across global markets, leveraging analytics, forecasting models, and PowerBI insights to support commercial performance. The role offers close collaboration with pricing and commercial teams, exposure to strategic initiatives, and the opportunity to influence pricing outcomes through high‑impact analysis and reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the Rebates process: Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly rebates calculation, accruals, and follow-up of actuals.
Develop and enhance pricing KPIs, tools, and processes across all Gates markets, utilizing PowerBI as a reporting tool.
Develop and maintain pricing forecasts and models, utilizing various statistical modeling methods to prepare insightful reports on the potential impact of different pricing strategies.
Implement and maintain a meaningful set of pricing intelligence reports.
Actively contribute to monthly pricing reporting and forecasting for all markets.
Support commercial pricing analysts in key strategic projects.
Support SAP OTC (Order to Cash) implementation, support the switch from BPCS and ensure data continuity.
Monitor pricing campaigns in different markets and assess their impact.
Perform backup administrative tasks, including accurate booking and maintenance of pricing conditions within the ERP system, ensuring pricing compliance through internal controls and audits.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
2–4 years of experience in Pricing, Finance, Product Management, or a similar analytical role
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Mechanical Engineering
Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, advanced skills in Excel and Access, with strong confidence using Power BI (including DAX). Experience with analytical tools such as SAP, SQL, Teradata, VBA, and Alteryx is considered a plus.
Solid business acumen, high attention to detail, and a strong focus on accuracy and financial impact
Well‑organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex analyses, shifting priorities, and ad‑hoc requests in a fast‑paced environment
Trusted professional with high integrity, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders based on clear insights
Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language is an asset
Openness to travel, with up to 20% travel to our Luxembourg HQ and other Gates EMEA offices and manufacturing facilities.
