What is this job all about?

In this position, your daily tasks will involve collaborating with skilled artists to develop 2D and 3D assets for the mobile game. Your primary duties will include maximizing the potential of the team's artwork, optimizing assets, pipelines, tools, and processes, and crafting visual effects.

You'll seamlessly integrate with the team if you're dedicated to delivering exceptional results, enjoy taking full ownership of tasks, and actively seek out opportunities for optimization.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Work in Unity3D to create, edit, and transform game assets, effects, and visuals;

  • Collaborate with artists on creating 2D and 3D assets, including locations, environments, characters (animals), special effects, and UI;

  • Design art pipelines and develop art tools for new features;

  • Manipulate assets in the editor, craft particle systems and animations, and create captivating visual effects directly in Unity;

  • Optimize art assets to achieve the best possible visual impact while maintaining game performance.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of game development experience as a Technical Artist;

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Unity (must-have);

  • Basic knowledge of C# and experience writing Unity Editor tools;

  • Strong shader knowledge and the ability to write mobile-optimized shaders;

  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D game art creation processes and art pipelines;

  • Experience with Blender;

  • Experience collaborating with developers across multiple disciplines;

  • Experience creating and optimizing game art for mobile devices;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • A strong sense of ownership.
