WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • An energetic, driven professional with a university degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • A specialist with good accounting knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in finance area of an international business environment
  • Analytical thinker, eager to learn and embrace challenges
  • A fluent English speaker who thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • An individual familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP, with solid Excel skills
  • Experience in controlling or budgeting will be an asset

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Prepare required reporting and analysis of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet, including actual results, forecasting and budgeting to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal entity's US GAAP and statutory financial statements to Finance Director and Controller while working together with GL accounting & reporting team
  • Provide Management with regular and ad-hoc analysis and develop capabilities to explain the business dynamics to finance management
  • Provide back-office support for global service fees calculation during Budget and Actual cycles in compliance with the Arm’s-Length Standard and in line with costing models, service agreements, PMI Tax and Swiss Controlling guidelines
  • Prepare business variances analysis, assist with the reports and supporting documentation preparation for audits and annual update of appendices to service agreements
  • Promote continuous evaluation of existing processes aimed at efficiency improvements and elimination of redundant tasks

Corporate Entities are very diverse, ranging from service and distribution entities, through manufacturers, to the trademarks and other intellectual property (IP) rights owner. They are located in USA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Denmark. Complex and often unique processes are hosted in Corporate Entities and that requires collaboration with various teams across PMI, Finance and wide range of other Functions, Central and Regional teams, Business Services, Centers of Expertise and Markets worldwide. They are in the center of PMI Transformation from combustible to smoke-free products and provide a lot of opportunities for learning new things, developing business acumen and accounting knowledge. If something new pops-up in PMI, there is a high chance that you will see it first in the Corporate Entities.
