We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist who will focus on global Talent Management processes and initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Management, and will be part of the Corporate Talent Team based in Italy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Management processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop, and implement key processes and programs that drive talent engagement and performance.
• Provide operational and consultative support to P&T people partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Co-design and execute strategic talent management programs and initiatives to enhance talent outcomes.
• Improve talent management processes through feedback, data analysis, and digital automation.
