REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of professional experience in providing IT system solutions for consumers in area of e-Commerce, CRM, direct sales, leads management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably Business Administration/ Management / IT / or similar
• Stakeholders and vendor management skills
• Experience in project management (preferably Agile and Waterfall)
• Knowledge of cloud-based solution architecture principles (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge of basic security principles and practices in an IT environment
• Knowledge of application support (SLA, escalations, KPIs) and problem management (analyzing incidents patterns and implementing preventive measures and solutions)
• Basic knowledge of projects budgeting (Capex/Opex)
• Problem solving skills, based data driven mind-set, genuinely interested in digital innovations and trends
• Strong ability to address business challenges and opportunities with customer focus
• Well-developed communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English and Polish in writing & speaking
• Useful application knowledge: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP LeanIX

• Fixed-term employment contract for substitution - in this position you will earn no less than PLN 16,200 gross per month

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead and participate in projects providing B2B and B2C systems solutions (including founding process)
• Identify and provide optimal IT and Digital solutions in the B2B and B2C
• Collaborate with our IT and Finance global team for the deployment and support of central and local solutions
• Collaborate with Vendors and L1 and L2 support teams
